Aurora Core Technology Oy and the City of Mikkeli have entered into a land lease agreement for a 10-hectare site suitable for large-scale data center development supported by access to existing power grid infrastructure.The aim is a fast first-stage implementation subject to permitting and final investment decision. Aurora Core Technology is a Finnish subsidiary of 3 E Network Technology Group Limited (Nasdaq: MASK).
The leased site in Pellos industrial area in southern Mikkeli has a valid zoning plan that allows data center development. The site benefits from proximity to existing power grid infrastructure, providing a solid foundation for large-scale data center development and efficient project planning.
The land lease agreement was signed and entered into force in December 2025. The planned data center is intended to support AI-driven and data-intensive computing workloads as part of 3 E Network’s broader data center development activities.

The initial 6 MW phase of the planned data center is expected to be in operation in the second half of 2026. Upcoming milestones are planned to include the building permit process, the electricity grid connection agreement, and the final investment decision. The site is located near already existing high-voltage power infrastructure that supports grid connection capacity of up to 50 MW with further capacity development possible over time.
The Mikkeli project represents the next step in 3 E Network Technology Group Limited’s previously announced strategic collaboration with Orka Technologies. In the Mikkeli project, Orka handles overall planning and execution, including partner selection, delivery oversight, expansions, and integration of units into Finland’s electricity reserve markets.
