The Cultural Services of the City of Mikkeli organise various cultural activities, events, shows, concerts and workshops for residents of all ages. Cultural visits aimed at the elderly are organised in service centres. Every year, the City Cultural Services organises the Hulivilikarnevaali festival for the entire family, a series of concerts in parks, and several other cultural events.
